avaTOK is a marketplace for real creators and real audiences. To keep it safe — especially for women and other groups who are too often targeted online — everyone agrees to these Community Guidelines. They apply across all avaTOK apps and surfaces, and they work alongside our Terms of Service.
Be a real, verified person
Many areas require a quick video identity check so every account is a genuine human. Don't impersonate others, run bots or burner accounts, or create fake profiles.
Respect other people
- No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hate speech.
- No content that demeans people based on who they are.
- Honor others' boundaries — you control who can message you, and so does everyone else.
Keep it lawful and safe
- No illegal activity, sale of illegal goods, or fraud.
- Zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
- No promotion of self-harm, violence, or dangerous behavior.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or sharing of private information.
Post content you have the right to share
Don't upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights. See our DMCA / Copyright policy for how to report infringement.
No spam or manipulation
Don't spam, scam, artificially inflate engagement, or manipulate payments, payouts, or the affiliate program.
Use AI responsibly
avaTOK includes AI tools. Don't use them to deceive, impersonate, or generate prohibited content. Remember that AI outputs can be wrong — review and label AI-generated content where appropriate. If you find any AI-generated image or content objectionable, tell us at support@avatok.ai and we'll review and remove it.
Reporting & enforcement
Reporting and blocking are one tap away, and we act quickly. Violations may lead to content removal, feature limits, or account suspension or termination, depending on severity. To report something, use the in-app tools or email support@avatok.ai.
These guidelines may evolve as our community grows. Thanks for helping keep avaTOK a place for real people.
